Sudden changes in temperature can cause glass to crack.To avoid this, make sure you heat the Glass Babybols carefully. The contents should be at room temperature before warming. Our advice for use : 

Always remember to remove the lid when heating. 

To prevent the jar from bursting, do not fill the Babybols to the brim before putting it in the freezer. 

When defrosting, allow the jar to defrost in the refrigerator (not at room temperature) before heating.
